Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BeautyOS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country. If you are under 18, use BeautyOS only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

BeautyOS offers personalized cosmetic beauty profiles, AI-generated coaching, routines, checklists and progress tools. Results depend on the information you provide and may not be accurate or suitable for every person.

BeautyOS is not a doctor, dermatologist or emergency service. Content is educational cosmetic guidance and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop using a product and seek qualified medical care for pain, swelling, severe irritation, allergic reactions, sudden changes or other medical concerns.

The Free plan includes limited access. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks the benefits listed on our Pricing page. The price, currency, taxes and billing interval shown at checkout are the terms of your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before renewal and retain Pro access through the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You may not misuse BeautyOS, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape or resell it, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use automated means to exhaust service capacity.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant BeautyOS permission to host, process and transmit it solely to operate, secure and improve the service. Inputs sent to the AI coach may be processed by our AI service providers to produce responses. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose.

BeautyOS, its software, brand, interface and original content are owned by BeautyOS or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, apply reasonable usage and safety limits, or update prices for future billing periods. We will provide notice where required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements. You may stop using BeautyOS at any time. Pro cancellation is separate from account deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyOS is provided “as is” without warranties of specific cosmetic outcomes. BeautyOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms and will publish the new date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Questions can be submitted through our Support page.
